Lake Stevens ranked 94th in Washington for resident earnings in 2019

Lake Stevens ranked 94th among cities in Washington by annual earnings per resident, according to data obtained from the U.S. Census Bureau.

The median income of Lake Stevens residents was $44,468 per year, adjusted for inflation. It had 11,186 households with a population of 32,487.

The city with the highest median resident income in the state was Clyde Hill with $108,194 per year after adjusting for inflation – $63,726 more than Lake Stevens. It had 1,131 households with a population of 3,329.

The city with the lowest median resident income in the state was Parker with $8,879 per year after adjusting for inflation – $35,589 less than Lake Stevens. It had 35 households with a population of 74.
