The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Richard Ray Larsen, Citizens to Elect Rick Larsen, refunded $200 to William B. Donner on March 31, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Citizens to Elect Rick Larsen has refunded $200 total since Oct. 1, 2020.
