Of the 3,041 people living in Sisco Heights in 2020, 46.4 percent (1,411) were women and 53.6 percent (1,630) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the North Snohomish News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 76. In the 65 and over age range, there were 159 females and 157 males.
