UPDATE: Service to the watermain has been restored and all lanes of Ave J are open.
BREAKING: One lane of Ave J is down to one lane between 5th and 7th as crews work to fix a broken watermain. Repair work is expected to last a few hours. Around 40-50
households may be without water. Will update when the repair is complete.
